The DPP-A blister packing machine is a newly packaging machine
designed for machine in our company; its function has reached
domestic leading level. It is suitable for capsule, tablet, big
honey pill, candy, liquid, paste, one injector as well as irregular
shape Al-plastic, paper-plastic composite packaging in pharmacy,
healthcare, food, cosmetics, medical equipment industry etc. This
machine is adopted with micro-computer PLC, frequency converter,
touch panel operation, high automation; the blister packing mchine
is ideal blister packaging equipment. The product passed the CE
appraisal.
FEATURES:
1. Adopts top brand PLC controller with touch screen displayed in
Chinese and English,Frequency inverter for speed control,servo
traction,which can ensure the length of blister traction adjustable
within the range.
2. With thermal temperature control and test,main machine over
loading protect,PVC and PTP packing material position test,feeder
material position test,failure automatic debug and alarm,automatic
protection and stop running.
3. The machine station module type design of level frame,good
sight,safe and convenient operation.
4. Thermal with contact type,positive press formed,air cushion
thermal seal upper and lower net,photo register make your product
package better.
5. PVC exchange support with bigger type material support,whole
roller,which makes the equipment more practicability.
6. The special design of moulds in rectangle shape,ladder type
fixing,provide much convenience and ease to moulds replacement.All
material contact parts adopt high quality stainless steel and
aluminum metal,slap-up surface treatment craft.
7. Discharging finished product in right order,automatic collection
of bad products,auto rewinding of strap material to ensure easy
collection.
8. Feeding efficiently,reliable and suitable for many kinds type
arrange and irregular feeding,(according to actual product design
fit feeder).
9. The machine has been designed into separated body,which is
easily move into lifts or workshops.

Packing
- The machine will not be shaking in transport with wooden fixed.
- The machine will not be affected with damp in transport with packed
with PE plastic bags.
- Easy shaking station will fixed with hard rope.
- Long machine will packed separatly.
- If there are strict requirements, chassis can use iron girders.
